Ukrainian Week in Washington kicks off today, providing a unique platform for fostering connections with international partners and promoting open multinational dialogue. For the third time, the Ukraine Rebuilding Alliance is joining this event, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the United States and Ukraine. Participants include high-ranking officials, business leaders, clergy, and representatives of civil society organizations, including the Ukraine Rebuilding Alliance delegation.
“Ukrainian Week in Washington is a unique opportunity for all Ukrainians to gather once a year. It brings together young leaders, Christians, businesspeople, and everyone who supports Ukraine through prayers, donations, and humanitarian aid,” said Pavlo Unguryan, founder of Ukraine Week and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukraine Rebuilding Alliance.
The event’s agenda is packed: over seven days, attendees will participate in a leadership forum, business forum, Ukraine support projects exhibition, family and demographics forum, prayer breakfast, and much more. More than 1,000 leaders from politics, business, religious communities, and the military have gathered in Washington to strengthen U.S.-Ukraine ties.
Today’s program includes a wreath-laying ceremony at the Taras Shevchenko monument and a meeting of the Ukraine delegation. Tomorrow, we will meet you at the Ukraine support projects exhibition.
“This week is not only an opportunity to showcase our resilience during the war but also a crucial platform for establishing a long-term strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States. We are confident that, together with our American partners, we can foster fruitful cooperation and ensure a bright future for our country,” emphasized Yuriy Maslov, Head of the Alliance.
