Productive interaction with government agencies is essential for Ukraine’s successful recovery. Coordinated actions by civil society, business and the state will help modernise infrastructure and attract international support.
The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by Mark Koestelboim, Board Member of the Ukraine Rebuilding Alliance, and Serhiy Sukhomlyn, Head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine. The Memorandum envisages joint cooperation in restoring and modernising Ukrainian infrastructure affected by Russian aggression.
The Alliance team will assist the Agency in developing a strategic plan for the reconstruction and development of Ukraine’s infrastructure to attract international assistance and investment, develop construction and water supply projects, and coordinate with international partners.
