Business breakfast at KSPA: deepening cooperation with South Korea

This week, a business breakfast was held at the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after S. Nyzhnyi. The meeting was attended by the team of the Ukraine Rebuilding Alliance, as well as our colleagues and friends: KUNBA President Lee Yang-gu, together with South Korean distinguished guests, and Anna Mishchenko, Director of the Kyiv School of Public Administration.

The event was moderated by Anatoliy Amelin. During the business breakfast, the guests, together with their Ukrainian colleagues, considered the possibilities of creating new projects focused on the reconstruction of Ukraine. The South Koreans shared practical cases of recovery and sustainable development, and emphasised their full support for the development of relations between our countries.

It is important to note that South Korea has significantly increased its assistance to Ukraine. Seoul is also planning to provide Ukraine with a medium- and long-term assistance package worth USD 2.3 billion starting this year, and will allocate USD 12 million for the rehabilitation of wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

At the same time, Turkey is considering the possibility of attracting funding from South Korea and Japan for the implementation of reconstruction projects in Ukraine by Turkish companies

We express our gratitude to our friends and colleagues for the opportunity to cooperate and for their faith in our common mission of rebuilding Ukraine. Investing in Ukrainian business is equal to investing in Ukrainian victory.
