In recent days, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives of Terra-Mix Bodenstabilisierungs GmbH (Austria) and Kettenwerk (Ukraine) to Odesa.
Founded in 2001 in Austria, Terra-Mix is headquartered in Wartmannstetten and is one of Europe’s leading experts in soil stabilization. The Ukrainian company Kettenwerk, established in 2017 in the Lviv region, specializes in the production of high-quality welded round link chains and metal structures, with a strong export focus to European markets.
Our guests expressed interest in the prefab technology implemented at the Well-being ConTech plant. The facility has an annual capacity of up to 120,000 m² of prefab housing and a modern production base of over 50,000 m². Thanks to a high level of automation and optimized production processes, the speed of material processing and structure manufacturing is 50% higher than that of traditional construction methods.
The delegation became acquainted with the full production cycle, automation processes, and the quality control system rigorously maintained at each stage. They highly evaluated the plant’s potential, its competitive positioning in international markets, and its responsiveness to partners’ and clients’ needs.
During the meeting, we also discussed opportunities for cooperation and joint implementation of housing and infrastructure projects. Special attention was given to the potential for deploying Terra-Mix technologies in the construction sector of Odesa region. The company’s soil stabilization and base preparation technology is particularly relevant for the conditions of southern Ukraine.
